With the variety of floor plans, and individual circumstances, pricing can vary. Generally speaking, our units start around $2,000/mo.

We can't speak for every person or scenario, but it's common for seniors to end up paying more when living on their own and getting less out of their daily lives.
With our included amenities, such as utilities (water, sewer, trash and cable), maintenance, housekeeping, meals and wifi (for lodge apartments), our costs end up being comparable or less to monthly expenses when living independently.
We don't want to brag, but A LOT. Our campus offers all the conveniences you'd expect to find at home, and then some.
